PHILIP STEIN INITIATIVE

Philip L. Stein & Associates is dedicated to building social responsibility and contributing to the community. We have partnered with Yad Eliezer, one of Israel's leading poverty relief NGOs and which has received a four-star rating from Charity Navigator, in order to leverage our resources, services and contacts to invest in communities throughout Israel.

Our firm has committed to the 1/1/1 model. We have committed to donate 1% of firm revenue, 1% of employee time, and 1% of firm services to the community. We strive to inspire others to adopt the model as well.

Throughout the year, our staff will be involved in volunteer programs that include both firm-wide and individual initiatives. Our employees are dedicated people who desire to contribute to the community. By providing each employee with three paid days off to volunteer at the NGO of their choice, we encourage them to choose causes that they are passionate about and help advance solutions to social and environmental problems.

1% Revenue
We support our local communities and nonprofits by donating 1% of the firm's revenue. We team up with our clients by matching their donations to designated organizations, including Yad Eliezer.

1% Time
Our employees choose organizations to which they would like to donate their time, including team volunteering activities such as packing food at Yad Eliezer's Warehouse.



1% of Firm Services
We perform professional services, such as tax return preparation, free of charge to underprivileged members of society
